Connectivity and parking

The site benefits from regular bus services to Dunstable central and Luton station for mainline railway services thereby reducing the need for car use but we do recognise that the reality is that most homes will have a car.

Therefore, we designed the scheme to provide:

  • 35 parking spaces one for each apartment (three will be dedicated to
    disabled parking);
  • 5 guest car parking spaces;
  • 58 cycle storage spaces.
